336 South Point Square SW

A three storey walk up in South Point with two bedrooms. The first level holds a den suited to an office, flex room or playroom, with access through to the attached garage. Up on the second level the plan opens across living, dining and kitchen, with vinyl plank flooring, accent walls and pendant lighting running the length of it. The kitchen carries a peninsula plus a centre island, both in quartz, with stainless appliances and white cabinetry.

A south facing sliding door off the family room opens onto an upper balcony over the courtyard. The top floor holds two primary retreats, each with a four piece ensuite: the south bedroom has two separate closets, and the north bedroom a walk in closet behind a barn door leading to an ensuite with a glass stand up shower and a double sink vanity. Laundry sits on the same level. South Point adds tennis courts, playgrounds, picnic areas and a dog park.
