Every one — either professionally produced, or shot live on social, which is a skill in itself and one Tara brought with her from a broadcasting diploma and a career on-air in radio. Photography, measured floor plans, brochures and a page on this site throughout. And 360° walkthroughs from the moment the technology existed; we added it the week it became available.
That’s not something we started once we could afford to. Our very first listing — 1305 Coopers Drive, eight weeks after Tara got her licence — had a professionally produced video on it. In Airdrie. In 2017. When nobody here was doing that.
