The Ones Who Agreed To Be Filmed.
Anyone can type a testimonial. These are real people, using their own names and their own words. Some were filmed before December 2020 under a previous brokerage, and we have left them exactly as they are rather than re-recording them to tidy up the history.

An unattributed testimonial is worth very little. Every one of these is a short excerpt from a public review, with the client’s name, their community and the month attached, so you can go and check it.

Reviews Only Tell You Half Of It.
Happy clients are lovely, and every agent in the city has some. The harder question is what the numbers look like when nobody is choosing which ones to show you.
So the rest of this site publishes them. More than 500 homes since 2017, including the one that took 351 days, the one that sat for 280, and the one that did not sell at all and came off the market before selling privately months later. All of them are on the same page as the eight-day sales.
One of our own homes sold in eight days. Another took a hundred and five. Both are published. That is the test we would apply to any agent, including us.
