Shauna Allen, REALTOR®
She ran her own storefront for over a decade before real estate — which means she has spent most of her working life being the person who answers when something goes wrong.

Meet Shauna Allen
She Has Been The One Behind The Counter.
Before real estate, Shauna owned and operated a franchise storefront for more than ten years, and was recognised for sales, leadership and client care. Running a storefront is not a glamorous apprenticeship for this job. It’s a better one.
You are there every day. You are the one the customer finds when the order is wrong. You cannot send it to voicemail and hope it resolves itself over the weekend. Ten years of that builds a particular habit: answer quickly, say the awkward thing early, and never let someone find out something important by accident.
Born and raised in Alberta, she has lived in Calgary, Airdrie, Spruce Grove and Edmonton — four different housing markets, four different commutes, four versions of what “close to everything” actually means.
What She Actually Brings
Kind Heart. Tough Negotiator. Not A Contradiction.
People tend to assume those two things pull against each other — that the warm agent is the soft one, and the hard negotiator is the one who’ll steamroll you along with the other side. Shauna is the argument against that. She is genuinely kind to everyone she meets, and she is not remotely soft once she’s across the table on your behalf.
The storefront years are where both came from. You cannot run a business for a decade being only nice — suppliers, staff and difficult afternoons don’t allow it — and you cannot run one being only tough, because people don’t come back. Learning where that line sits is the whole job, and it’s the same line in a negotiation.
Kind to everyone in the room. Immovable about what you actually need out of it.

Good To Know
Questions People Ask Shauna.
Which areas does Shauna cover?
Calgary, Airdrie, Edmonton and the surrounding Alberta communities. She has lived in Calgary, Airdrie, Spruce Grove and Edmonton, so the Edmonton end of that list isn’t a line on a map to her.
Am I getting the “junior” agent if I work with Shauna?
No — you’re getting a licensed REALTOR® with her own clients, plus the whole team’s record behind her: more than 500 homes sold since 2017, all of it published on this site, including the slow ones.
How quickly will I hear back?
Quickly. A decade behind a counter tends to cure people of letting messages sit — and in a fast market, the gap between a same-day reply and a next-day one is sometimes the whole difference.
What if I’m not ready to move yet?
Then reach out anyway. The early conversation is the useful one: what to fix, what to leave alone, and what your street has actually been doing. No obligation, no follow-up sequence.
