Reunion Homes For Sale in Northwest Airdrie
Northwest Airdrie, up past Williamstown, built around a park and a school. We have been selling here since 2018, and the most useful thing we can tell you about Reunion is how narrow the range is.
Reunion is a residential community in the far northwest of Airdrie, Alberta, north of Williamstown and west of the QEII. This guide is written by Tara Molina Real Estate Group, an Airdrie and Calgary real estate team led by Tara Molina, REALTOR® CCS®, brokered by Royal LePage Benchmark, from the Reunion homes the team has sold since 2018.
What Is It Like To Live In Reunion, Airdrie?
Northwest Airdrie, built around a park. A newer community than most of the ones around it, laid out with the park and the school near the middle.
The Housing Mix
Mostly single family homes, with some laned and attached product. The homes we have sold here run from 1,354 square feet to 2,657, with most sitting between 1,500 and 2,200, a fairly typical Airdrie family home spread with less at either extreme.
Reunion Park
The community park, with pathways running through and out toward the surrounding green space. It is the thing people mention first when they talk about living here, and it is what the entrance sign is named for.
Schools
Northcott Prairie School serves the area. As always, designations and catchments change, so confirm the current boundary with Rocky View Schools before you buy on that basis.
The Commute
Straightforward access to the QEII for the run into Calgary, roughly 20 minutes on a clear day. CrossIron Mills and the airport are both on the way south, and downtown Airdrie is a few minutes east.

Where Exactly Is Reunion?
Its location, and the street names that tell you you are close.
Reunion sits in the far northwest of Airdrie, north of Williamstown and west of the QEII. It is a newer community than most of the ones around it, and it was laid out with the park and the school near the middle rather than tucked at the edge.
The street names make it easy to recognise: Reunion Green, Loop, Close, Court, Grove, Heights, Rise, Road, Square and Boulevard. One detail to know: the City places the Reunion Green addresses in Williamstown, so check how an address is recorded before you rely on it.
Why Are Reunion Home Prices So Steady?
Reunion is the steadiest community we sell in. That is not a compliment or a criticism. It is the clearest pattern in our data, and it changes what you should expect.
Reunion does not really have a top end. That is worth knowing before you price against one.
Across our Reunion sales spanning 2018 to 2025, prices sat in a tight middle band, with very little at the top end. That band covers seven years and a market that moved a great deal in that time.

What A Narrow Range Means For You
Reliable comparables, a real ceiling, and quicker sales.
For comparison, our Coopers Crossing sales cover a much wider spread, from entry level homes to larger detached homes.
What it means in practice: if you own here, your comparables are unusually reliable. There is far less risk of a neighbour’s unusual sale distorting your expectations, in either direction. It also means the price we give you is grounded in a ceiling that is real and visible in this community, not a big number designed to win the listing.
The days on market tell the same story. Our Reunion listings have taken between 6 and 78 days, with a median of 18. Steady, and quicker than most of Airdrie.

What Is My Reunion Home Worth?
A home in Reunion is worth what a buyer will pay for it against the homes it is competing with this month. Tara Molina Real Estate Group, brokered by Royal LePage Benchmark, prepares a comparative market analysis (CMA) for any Reunion address in Airdrie, at no cost and with no obligation to sell.
Afterward, the only thing you will hear from us is what is happening in the real estate market in Reunion. No pressure, no sales pitch, no expectation.
Thinking Of Selling
Ask for the CMA before you renovate or pick a date. In a community with a visible ceiling, it shows which improvements a Reunion buyer will pay for and which will not come back.
Thinking Of Buying
A list price is the seller’s opinion. Because the Reunion range is narrow, a home asking well above its neighbours needs a reason. Ask us what it is competing against before you write an offer.
Just Curious
You do not need to be moving to ask. Plenty of owners want a number for their own planning, and we would rather you had an accurate one.
CMA Or Appraisal?
A CMA is a REALTOR®’s opinion of market value, built for buying and selling decisions. A lender, a court or an estate will usually want a certified appraisal. Tell us the reason and we will point you to the right one.
How We Arrive At The Number Read More +
Reunion is the steadiest community we sell in. Our own sales here since 2018 ran from the high $300,000s to the high $500,000s, a narrow band across years of a moving market. That makes comparables here unusually reliable, and it means the ceiling is real. A current number still has to come from what has sold around your street, what is for sale against you now, and what was listed and did not sell.
1. Comparable sales. Recent Reunion sales of homes like yours. One detail matters here: the City places the Reunion Green addresses in Williamstown, so we check which community each comparable is recorded under.
2. Active listings. The homes a buyer would walk through the same weekend as yours.
3. Listings that did not sell. The prices this market has already said no to.
4. The home itself. Condition, lot, layout and upgrades, seen in person, because no database knows what your basement looks like.

Our only follow up is what the market is doing in your own community.
How Long Do Homes Take To Sell In Reunion?
Our own closed sales in Reunion, 2018 to 2025, counted as days on market on the MLS® listing and grouped by the year the sale closed. At 18 days this is our fastest Airdrie community. The Reunion Green NW addresses are counted under Williamstown, which is where the City places them, so they are not in these figures. We publish a community median only where we have closed ten or more homes. Figures current as of 2026. Individual sale prices are not published. See how this compares across Airdrie.

Reunion, Airdrie Questions, Answered.
How do I find out what my home in Reunion is worth?
Ask a REALTOR® who has sold in the community for a comparative market analysis. Tara Molina Real Estate Group, brokered by Royal LePage Benchmark, prepares one for any Reunion address, using recent comparable sales, the active listings you would compete with, and the listings that did not sell.
Does a home evaluation in Reunion cost anything, and do I have to sell?
No, and no. A Reunion home evaluation from our team is at no cost and carries no obligation to list. Many owners ask simply to know where they stand.
How accurate are online home value estimates for Reunion?
They are a starting point. An automated estimate works from public data and averages, so it cannot see condition, upgrades, lot position or a finished basement. Reunion’s narrow price range helps an estimate land in the right band, but the band is still wide enough to matter. Have the number checked against the homes yours would compete with.
Is my City of Airdrie property assessment the same as market value?
No. Alberta property assessments estimate value as of July 1 of the year before the tax year, so the figure on your notice is already dated when it arrives, and it comes from mass appraisal without anyone walking through your home. It is for calculating property tax. It is not a selling price.
What is the difference between a CMA and an appraisal?
A comparative market analysis is a REALTOR®’s opinion of what a home would sell for, used to set a list price or judge an offer. An appraisal is a formal valuation by a designated appraiser, usually required by lenders, courts and estates, and it comes with a fee. For a decision about selling or offering in Reunion, a CMA is the tool. If a bank or lawyer has asked for a value, you likely need an appraisal.
Why do Reunion homes sell in such a narrow price range?
Because the housing is consistent. Most of the homes we have sold here sit between 1,500 and 2,200 square feet, and Reunion does not have much at the very top end. Across our own sales since 2018, prices have sat in a tight middle band rather than a wide spread. For an owner, that makes comparables unusually reliable.
Can you tell me what a home on my street in Reunion sold for?
We do not publish individual sale prices on this site. As part of a valuation we walk you through the recent sales on your street and around it, and what each one means for your home.
Should I renovate before selling my Reunion home?
Get the valuation first. Reunion has a real ceiling, so work that pushes your cost past what the community has paid may not come back. We will tell you what to do, what to leave, and what the home would sell for as it sits.
I am buying in Reunion. How do I know if a home is priced fairly?
Compare it to recent sales of similar Reunion homes and to what else is for sale that week. Because the range here is narrow, a price well above the neighbours stands out quickly. We run that comparison for buyers before an offer is written.
Where is Reunion in Airdrie?
The far northwest of the city, north of Williamstown and west of the QEII. Its streets carry the Reunion name: Green, Loop, Close, Court, Grove, Heights, Rise, Road, Square and Boulevard. One detail to know: the City places the Reunion Green addresses in Williamstown, so check how an address is recorded before you rely on it.
What have homes sold for in Reunion?
Across our own sales here since 2018, prices have sat in a tight middle band, with very little at the top end. That is a narrower band than most Airdrie communities, and it covers a market that changed a great deal over those years, so treat it as a picture of range rather than of what your home is worth today.
How long do homes take to sell in Reunion?
Our Reunion listings have taken between 6 and 78 days, with a median of 18. That is quicker than our overall Airdrie median, though the figure measures time to a firm sale rather than to the first offer, a home can draw interest in week one and still show three or four weeks if the accepted offer carried a longer condition period.
What kinds of homes are in Reunion?
Mostly single family homes, with some laned and attached product. The ones we have sold ran from 1,354 square feet to 2,657, with most between 1,500 and 2,200. Reunion does not have much at the very top end, which is worth knowing before you price against a neighbour’s unusual sale.
What school serves Reunion?
Northcott Prairie School serves the area. School designations and catchments do change, so if a specific school is the reason you are buying, confirm the current boundary with Rocky View Schools before you write an offer.
How long is the commute from Reunion to Calgary?
Roughly 20 minutes down the QEII on a clear run, with peak hour adding to it as it does from anywhere in Airdrie. CrossIron Mills and the Calgary airport are both on the way south.
Can I call about any Reunion listing?
Yes. Call or text 403.809.4639 about any home for sale in Reunion. We’ll show it to you, tell you what we know about it, and show you anything else worth seeing. If you decide to write an offer on one of our own listings, a teammate writes it, so you and the seller each have an agent working for you alone. On every other home, we write the offer ourselves.
