1. Use of this website
The content on this site is provided for general information about real estate in Calgary, Airdrie and the surrounding communities. It is not legal, financial, tax or appraisal advice. Listing information is believed reliable but is not guaranteed and should be independently verified. Nothing on this site creates an agency relationship. An agency relationship is created only by a written service agreement.
2. Contacting us
When you submit a form on this site you are asking us to contact you about real estate services. Providing a phone number is optional. Agreeing to receive text messages is optional and is never a condition of submitting a form, of using this site, or of receiving our services.
3. SMS Terms and Conditions
- We use SMS to confirm appointments, send reminders, and notify clients of schedule updates or important changes.
- You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP”. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time, and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
- If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword “HELP” for more assistance, or you can get help directly at info@taramolina.com.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency may vary. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
