Hillcrest has the fastest median of any community we sell in: nineteen days across the thirteen sales that went through the MLS®. Five of those went in under two weeks. If we wanted to sell you on this community, that is the only number we would print.
Here is the other one. In 2020, 197 Hillcrest Drive took two hundred and eighty days. That is the second-longest listing in our entire record, out of more than five hundred homes.
