Reunion

Northwest Airdrie, up past Williamstown, built around a park and a school. Fifteen sales here since 2018 — and the most useful thing we can tell you about Reunion is how narrow the range is.

Why People Choose It

Northwest Airdrie, Built Around A Park.

Reunion sits in the far northwest of Airdrie, north of Williamstown and west of the QEII. It is a newer community than most of the ones around it, and it was laid out with the park and the school near the middle rather than tucked at the edge.

The street names make it easy to recognise: Reunion Green, Loop, Close, Court, Grove, Heights, Rise, Road, Square and Boulevard. If the address says Reunion, you are in it.

The Housing Mix

Mostly single family homes, with some laned and attached product. The homes we have sold here run from 1,354 square feet to 2,657, with most sitting between 1,500 and 2,200 — a fairly typical Airdrie family-home spread with less at either extreme.

Reunion Park

The community park, with pathways running through and out toward the surrounding green space. It is the thing people mention first when they talk about living here, and it is what the entrance sign is named for.

Schools

Northcott Prairie School serves the area. As always, designations and catchments change, so confirm the current boundary with Rocky View Schools before you buy on that basis.

The Commute

Straightforward access to the QEII for the run into Calgary, roughly 20 minutes on a clear day. CrossIron Mills and the airport are both on the way south, and downtown Airdrie is a few minutes east.

Worth Knowing

Reunion Is The Steadiest Community We Sell In.

That is not a compliment or a criticism. It is the clearest pattern in our data, and it changes what you should expect.

Across fifteen Reunion sales spanning 2018 to 2025, our prices ran from the high $300,000s to the high $500,000s. That is a spread of roughly $200,000, across seven years and a market that moved a great deal in that time. For comparison, our Coopers Crossing sales run from the low $300,000s to well past a million.

Reunion does not really have a top end. That is worth knowing before you price against one.

What it means in practice: if you own here, your comparables are unusually reliable. There is far less risk of a neighbour’s unusual sale distorting your expectations, in either direction. It also means an agent cannot wave a big number at you to win the listing, because the ceiling in this community is real and visible.

The days on market tell the same story. Our Reunion listings have taken between 6 and 78 days, with a median of 20. Steady, and quicker than most of Airdrie.

Good To Know

Reunion Questions.

Where is Reunion in Airdrie?

The far northwest of the city, north of Williamstown and west of the QEII. Its streets all carry the Reunion name — Green, Loop, Close, Court, Grove, Heights, Rise, Road, Square and Boulevard — which makes it easy to tell when you are in it.

What have homes sold for in Reunion?

Across our own fifteen sales here since 2018, prices ran from the high $300,000s to the high $500,000s. That is a narrower band than most Airdrie communities, and it covers a market that changed a great deal over those years, so treat it as a picture of range rather than of what your home is worth today.

How long do homes take to sell in Reunion?

Our Reunion listings have taken between 6 and 78 days, with a median of 20. That is quicker than our overall Airdrie median, though the figure measures time to a firm sale rather than to the first offer — a home can draw interest in week one and still show three or four weeks if the accepted offer carried a longer condition period.

What kinds of homes are in Reunion?

Mostly single family homes, with some laned and attached product. The ones we have sold ran from 1,354 square feet to 2,657, with most between 1,500 and 2,200. Reunion does not have much at the very top end, which is worth knowing before you price against a neighbour’s unusual sale.

What school serves Reunion?

Northcott Prairie School serves the area. School designations and catchments do change, so if a specific school is the reason you are buying, confirm the current boundary with Rocky View Schools before you write an offer.

How long is the commute from Reunion to Calgary?

Roughly 20 minutes down the QEII on a clear run, with peak hour adding to it as it does from anywhere in Airdrie. CrossIron Mills and the Calgary airport are both on the way south.
