For 2024 our team ranked in the Top 1% in Canada with Royal LePage. We are proud of it, and we also think you should know exactly what a ranking like that measures before you let it influence who you hire.
The short answer. Tara Molina Real Estate Group ranked 153 out of more than 20,000 Royal LePage agents across Canada for units sold in 2024, which placed the team in the Top 1% nationally. Top 2% in Canada with Royal LePage in 2025. Top 1% in 2022 and 2024. A ranking counts homes sold. It does not tell you how your own sale will go, so we publish the record behind it.
01. What The Ranking Measures.
Our 2024 ranking was based on units sold. That is the number of homes a team helped sell in the year, counted against every other Royal LePage agent in the country. It is not a vote, an application or a paid placement.
We like that it counts homes and not dollars. A team can reach a high dollar figure on a handful of expensive sales. Units sold means a lot of individual families, at every price point, chose to work with us, and a good share of them had worked with us before.

We list the years separately on purpose. A ranking belongs to the year it was earned, and 2025 was a Top 2% year, not a Top 1% one.
02. What It Does Not Tell You.
An award tells you an agent is busy. It does not tell you the things that decide how your own move goes.
It does not tell you how long your home will take. Across 335 of our own listings sold since July 2017 the median was 22 days, and four in ten took longer than a month. We wrote up the year by year numbers, including the slow ones.
It does not tell you whether you will hear the truth about price. You get a range from us and the reasoning behind it, from what has sold on your street. Nobody here will promise a number to win your listing.
It does not tell you who is working for you. When a buyer wants to write an offer on one of our own listings, another agent on our team writes it with them, so the buyer and the seller each have an agent working for them alone.
03. What To Check Instead.
These are worth asking of any REALTOR® you are considering, and we would rather you asked them of us than took a ranking on trust.

04. Who Earned It.
A ranking carries one name and is earned by a team. Shauna Allen, REALTOR®, works alongside Tara on every part of this business, and the result belongs to her as much as anyone.
It belongs to our clients more than either of us. Most of our business comes from people we have worked with before and the friends and family they send our way. To every one of you: thank you. A units sold ranking is, in the end, a count of how many times someone trusted us with a move.
