240 Coopers Park SW
Coopers Crossing, Airdrie — the estate pocket. And, for a while, our own front door.
The Part We Left Out
This One Was Ours.
240 Coopers Park was Tara’s home. We kept that quiet while it was on the market — an agent’s own address is worth keeping to yourself while you’re negotiating on it. It isn’t a secret anymore.
We’re telling you now because it explains something we otherwise just have to assert: when we say a street matters in Coopers Crossing, we’re not reading it off a brochure. We chose this one with our own money.
Why This Street
An Island Of Two Cul-De-Sacs.
Coopers Park is the estate pocket of Coopers Crossing — two cul-de-sacs ringed by parks and pathways, with no reason for anyone to drive through who doesn’t live there. It reads like an island. Everything the community is known for is out your door, and none of the traffic is.
In our opinion it’s the premier address in Airdrie. We’re not neutral about it — we bought there.

The same marketing we run for every client — which is exactly what we ran for ourselves.
The Community
We’ve Sold Here 47+ Times.
Coopers Drive, Coopers Hill, Coopers Bay, Cooperstown Lane, Coopersfield Way — and Coopers Park. Some we’ve sold twice. Some never hit the MLS®. One of them we lived in.
Westmark is on its final release of estate lots, which means Coopers Crossing is about to become a resale market. If you want in, or you’re thinking about getting out, that’s a conversation worth having early.
