As our Client Care Manager, Lexie’s focus is on delivering a seamless, thoughtful experience during every stage of the real estate journey. She ensures clients are cared for not just while they’re actively buying or selling, but long after the deal is done, because we believe great service doesn’t stop at possession.

Whether she’s checking in to make sure move-in day went smoothly, coordinating thoughtful client touches, or keeping you informed throughout the process, Lexie is committed to making every client feel valued, heard, and looked after. Her natural empathy, proactive communication style, and dedication to service make her an essential part of what makes our client experience so exceptional.

With a professional background in both customer service and mortgages, Lexie brings added insight and care to her role, but her true passion lies in building real relationships and making sure no client ever feels like “just a transaction.”

Outside of work, Lexie enjoys time with her husband and teenage son and loves finding ways to stay connected to her community.
